Job Opportunity

A private psychiatric practice, Insyte Psychiatric, is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Professional Counselor to join our team. We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose clients' problems and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients and their support systems to establish treatment goals and methodologies.
  • Provide therapeutic feedback and recommendations to promote progress towards goals.
  • Monitor progress and adjust services as needed to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and standards by attending educational workshops and staying up-to-date on industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
  • Licensed clinical social worker with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Understanding of New Jersey Mental Health and Substance Abuse standards and guidelines.
