Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Psychiatric Medical Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to seniors experiencing depression and anxiety related to aging.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with our team of psychiatric physicians, RN Directors, and medical office coordinators to provide comprehensive care to our senior patients
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
* Provide compliant documentation and maintain accurate records
* Participate in group therapy sessions and individual sessions as needed
* Assist with local community education and outreach
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Work-Life Balance:**

* Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties

* License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state
