Job Title: Territory Manager - Construction

Brandt Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in the Southern Alberta region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing customers, leveraging market trends and industry knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions and tailored sales approaches.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, marketing strategies, and promotional initiatives to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, customer status updates, and prospect reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to negotiate with clients and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong entrepreneurial outlook and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Construction, or Surveying is considered an asset, but not required.
