Role Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Construction initiatives in Southern Alberta, with a reporting line to our Calgary office. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in discovering new business opportunities, fostering existing client partnerships, and driving Brandt's strategic growth objectives. You will collaborate with a dedicated support team, ensuring you have the necessary resources to thrive. Our compensation package is competitive, featuring an attractive commission structure that provides significant opportunities for career advancement within our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with current clients through consistent engagement.
  • Market and sell the comprehensive range of GeoPositioning products offered by Brandt.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation and reporting.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Compile detailed reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and potential leads.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Adept at building robust client relationships and identifying new business avenues.
  • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and negotiating effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary; must possess a valid driver's license and passport.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in sales, particularly within the Surveying and Construction industries, is advantageous.
  • A background in Business, Engineering, Construction, or Surveying is beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
