- Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups with clients
- Evaluate incoming applications for accuracy and required documentation
- Conduct preliminary assessments on applications
- Input client data into our management software

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business or a related discipline

- Possession of a valid driver's license
