AVI-SPL is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee in-region field service technicians and dedicated onsite staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Global Help Desk to manage incidents and escalations, and consider third-party contractors as needed.
- Build strong relationships with local customers and in-region Sales and Operations stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Manage the P&L performance of your respective region's Service divisions, working closely with regional and Services leadership.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with a self-starter mentality.
- Strong working knowledge of company service portfolio and supporting processes.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $140,000.
