We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional patient service and satisfaction in our clinical team. This individual will be responsible for answering phones, handling patient inquiries, making appointments, and assisting with treatment plans. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Post charges and payments to patient accounts
  • Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area
Requirements
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office
  • Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
