Job Summary

Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Coordinator II to oversee vocational training and community integration programs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Supervise and train staff, maintain contract documentation, manage day-to-day operations, and evaluate and coordinate consumer activities in the program.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure that Source America vocational training programs and community integration programs meet contract standards to include safety, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) standards.
  • Staff Development: Monitor staff training, collect and document training data, maintain consumer files, and monitor consumer progress through the program.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients' teams, stakeholders, and other support teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Contract Execution: Execute Official Mail Center (OMC) contract, work closely with Air Force personnel in the execution of the OMC contract, and ensure compliance with OMC and PSC contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities.
  • Experience: 2 years of supervisory or job coaching experience, experience in making independent decisions and judgments, and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the Department of Economic Security (DES) and DDD systems, Vocational Rehabilitation system, and ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in American Sign Language.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification, Article 9 and Prevention and Support Training Certification, and CESP Certification.
