Job Summary

SentinelOne, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships in the Western United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth across all customer segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all customer segments.
  • Recruit and develop strategic partnerships with key business partners.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Develop and propose marketing activities and plans to support sales development.
  • Establish and report on metrics to measure sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales teams to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • High-performing sales leader with a proven track record of consistently exceeding established goals and objectives in a fast-growing high-tech company.
  • 7-10 years of experience with executive relationships across key business partners in the Western United States.
  • Proven field experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven record of building, enabling, and driving sales through a network of business partners.
  • Proven relationships with top management of key business partners.
  • Skilled motivator with a demonstrated ability to manage top business partners.
  • Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and senior managers.
  • Ability to navigate to win-win outcomes for business partners and SentinelOne.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across teams in sales and systems engineering.
