Technical Support Manager

Greenheck Group is a leading manufacturer of commercial HVAC products, and we're seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead our team of engineers and technicians. As a Technical Support Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance of the technical support team, developing and managing long-term goals, and frequent communication with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the technical support team, including daily staffing and field customer support.
  • Train and develop the technical support team.
  • Manage travel and work schedule of the team to maintain required staffing and satisfy customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of field issues, which may require travel to customer sites.
  • Work closely with field service technicians to provide training, support, and product updates.
  • Facilitate meetings to escalate issues requiring help from other business units.
  • Share data and trends with Sales, QA, Engineering, and Production regarding product problems and improvements.
  • Manage communications and logistics for service bulletins and warranty changes.
Requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in technical support and supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
  • HVAC Technical Systems Experience preferred.
  • SAP, DocuWare, CAPS, CRM experience preferred.
