Job Summary

Mass Pediatric ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Greater Lowell, Westford, and surrounding areas. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and supervising and training Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans to ensure client progress and goals are met
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behaviors when clinically warranted
Requirements
  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Completed CORI background check
