Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Institute for Health and Recovery (IHR) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and contributing to the development and implementation of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to staff, including individual and group supervision, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
- Conduct home visits and community-based interventions to support clients in their recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in program development, including the design and implementation of new services and programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, including those related to clinical practice, client confidentiality, and staff supervision.
- Provide training and education to staff on clinical best practices, including trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and evidence-based treatments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with external partners, including community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive services to clients.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LMHC, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical supervision, including experience working with diverse populations, including those with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and trauma.
- Experience working in a community-based setting, including home visits and community-based interventions.
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills, including the ability to provide individual and group supervision, develop treatment plans, and conduct home visits and community-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
