About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wesco. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Prioritization and Routing: Assist in prioritizing and routing orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Warehouse Support: Provide support to the warehouse team in all areas of operations, including documentation management and process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify potential problems in processes and work with the management team to resolve and implement improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a team lead on small or special projects, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Communication: Manage multiple communication systems to ensure internal customer requests are accomplished.
  • Warehouse Management System: Manage daily order and task production in our warehouse management system.

Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment required.
  • Operational Experience: 1 year of operational and/or logistics experience preferred.
  • Forklift Experience: Forklift experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic problem-solving skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
