POSITION SUMMARY:
Krapf Group is in search of a dedicated Dispatcher for our operations. This role is crucial in managing the dispatching of drivers while adhering to contractual obligations and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Operations Manager in promoting a positive image of the company.
- Monitor and respond to driver emergencies, breakdowns, and requests for assistance.
- Collaborate with relevant personnel regarding equipment, driver hours, and customer concerns.
- Identify and report driver performance issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
- Manage costs by overseeing driver hours and ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips and driver rotations in the database.
- Route materials for approval by educational institutions and clients.
- Communicate pertinent information to schools and administrative staff.
- Address and resolve complaints from parents, schools, and transportation directors.
- Assist in the operational functions of the School Bus Division.
- Perform duties as a School Bus Driver when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
- Familiarity with database management and internet software.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends.
- Ability to motivate and support team members.
- A valid CDL with P (passenger) and S (School Bus) endorsements is required within six months of employment.
