Your Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone or email
  • Process quotes and orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage customer data in our ERP system, including maintenance of customer information and price agreements
  • Collaborate with field sales employees to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless production process
