As a Principal UX Remittance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our user experience. Your primary responsibility will be to gather user feedback and apply this knowledge to enhance our product. You will be an advocate for users, working to unify the product experience across the platform by leading the construction and maintenance of our design system. Ultimately, you will contribute to the development of a world-class remittance solution. Your key tasks will include making data-driven design decisions to improve the product, mapping user journeys and flows to create a seamless experience, and preparing design proposals for the team. You will also work directly with the product and engineering teams to better understand technical aspects and business needs, and help them comprehend user requirements. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field, 3+ years of experience in product design, and a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes. Additionally, you should be an inquisitive and critical thinker, well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered methodologies is also essential. Experience in Financial Services or with complex applications is a plus, as is prior experience working with large distributed global teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Figma and have a deep understanding of its features and functionalities. The salary range for this position in Colorado is $85,000 - $110,000, and actual starting compensation may vary based on work experience and skills.
