Join Our Team as a Database Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Database Reliability Specialist to join our team at SoftServe. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our next-generation data platform for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement distributed NoSQL and SQL databases
  • Support our engineering team in all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Identify and propose solutions for technical gaps in our data platform
  • Work alongside our Product, UX, and IT teams to leverage your experience and expertise

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) or Database Reliability Engineer (DRE)
  • Experience with relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and streaming technologies (Kafka)
  • Familiarity with AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
  • Proficient in managing infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
