This role is a full-time remote opportunity that involves the daily management of incoming and outgoing shipments. The Shipping Specialist will oversee the logistics of shipping and receiving, packaging, and inventory oversight to maintain smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of packages.
  • Oversee packing operations to guarantee product safety during transit.
  • Conduct inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Utilize FedEx and other carriers for efficient delivery services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in shipping and receiving, along with packing duties.
  • Must reside in the greater Los Angeles area.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional pickups and drop-offs.
  • Background in inventory management is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management is advantageous.
  • 1099 W9 status required.
