Help Desk Specialist

Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Metasys Technologies, Inc. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide First-Level Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote desktop.
- Use Helpdesk Tools: Utilize our helpdesk system to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop Technical Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and develop skills to resolve emerging technical issues.
- Meet Service Level Agreements: Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and meet or exceed service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. One entry-level certification (A+, N+, or OEM vendor certification) preferred.
- Experience: 0-5 years in a technical customer environment. Call Center experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, proficiency with helpdesk tools, Microsoft operating systems, MS Office applications, and anti-virus software.
