Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries regarding powersports vehicles.
  • Schedule sales appointments and conduct follow-ups with all potential customers.
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy, ensuring all questions are addressed appropriately.
  • Communicate with customers using their preferred methods (phone, email, text) while demonstrating exceptional writing skills.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups with unsold prospects and ongoing communication with existing customers.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory and utilize software to efficiently locate vehicles.
  • Ensure accurate data entry by maintaining comprehensive customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing e-commerce sales inquiries.
  • Previous experience in automotive or powersports internet sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Eleads is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong persistence in following up with customers.
  • Proficient computer skills and organizational abilities to manage leads effectively.
  • Interest and knowledge in powersports vehicles.
