Clinical Laboratory Technician II

UW Medicine Primary Care is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician II to join our team. As a Clinical Laboratory Technician II, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality laboratory services to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and stat laboratory tests utilizing automated or semi-automated equipment, kit assays, and microscopic evaluations.
- Organize the workload to meet service demands, calmly, efficiently, and without direct supervision.
- Participate in training and demonstrating routine laboratory techniques to new employees in coordination with the CLT Lead.
- May send out letters to patients, as delegated by clinic leadership, with lab results or overdue reminder letters for appointments.
- Active Washington State MA-Phlebotomist Certification required.
- High School / GED.
- Minimum one-year relevant experience or training in a clinical laboratory or medical setting.
UW Medicine Primary Care is a network of clinics located throughout the Puget Sound region. Our clinics offer a wide spectrum of primary care services, as well as secondary care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week at select locations.
