Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at United & Empowered Care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is preferred.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401-K, vacation time, and sick leave.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to children in various settings.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support the child's communication development.
