Pediatric Communication Specialist Position

United & Empowered Care is hiring a Pediatric Communication Specialist to join our team As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with children, parents, and educators to develop and implement effective communication strategies.

About the Job:

In this rewarding role, you will conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and educate families on techniques to support language development at home. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Key Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • At least 2 years of pediatric therapy experience
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia
Compensation Package:

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $85,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401-K, and paid time off.
