Speech Language Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our team at United & Empowered Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech and language skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy services in various settings, including schools and clinics.
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support the child's communication development.

**Requirements:**

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia is necessary.

**Compensation and Benefits:

* Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

* Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401-K benefits are provided.

* A sign-on bonus of $500 is offered.
