Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities to optimize the use of our solution.
  • Drive customer retention rates aligned with business unit goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant related experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong customer-focus and service orientation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
