Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and test data to support testing activities.
- Identify and report defects to the development team and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in the development of test plans and test cases for new features and enhancements.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion functionality.
- Experience in developing test cases and test plans for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Reports, and Talent Management.
- Experience in executing test cases to verify the functionality of the software and identify defects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, Reports.
- Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI / RICEW.
- Experience in Data Migration testing, Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing & E2E testing.
