Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle scheduling for the assigned clinic via phone.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system and direct calls appropriately.
  • Screen patient needs and schedule appointments.
  • Verify patient eligibility and enter insurance information into the system.
  • Collect patient payments and allocate them correctly.

Other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in EMR software and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and lift weights.
