- Greet and direct visitors to the community, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Schedule visit appointments and transportation for physician appointments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns, providing empathetic and professional support.
- Accomplish filing and general office duties accurately, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
