Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses, totaling an estimated annual income of $100,000+. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

As an Outside Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. You will receive ongoing training, support, and resources to ensure your success.

You will have access to our CRM system, sales tools, and devices, as well as regular feedback and coaching from our experienced sales leaders. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in B2B or similar industries
  • Proven track record of success in sales or related fields
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
