As our business expands, we invite you to grow alongside us. We are in search of a driven sales consultant to promote our residential water treatment solutions to homeowners. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding experience, where each sales interaction presents a unique challenge akin to solving a puzzle. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop your own leads, utilize company-generated leads, and establish enduring relationships with clients in your designated area using a CRM system.
- Actively listen to customer concerns regarding their water quality and deliver engaging in-home sales presentations that highlight the advantages of Culligan water treatment systems.
- Craft and propose a comprehensive water treatment solution tailored to customers, selecting from our range of softeners, drinking water systems, and specialized equipment.
- Utilize online tools and applications to process customer orders, manage credit applications, execute sales agreements, and maintain your CRM database.
- Maintain a proactive sales approach, consistently recommending products or services to every potential customer.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and services, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth within our organization.
- Foster constructive communication with team members across the organization, contributing to a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Regularly update management on your progress with customer relationships, sales pipeline, forecasts, and account development.
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, with compensation based on commissions and performance incentives.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Proven skills as a successful hunter, closer, and marketer.
- Ability to generate leads and cultivate a sales territory.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales.
- Experience with cold calling and outreach activities.
- Self-motivated with a knack for solving complex challenges.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Sales Force, DocuSign).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Full-time, 100% Commission with unlimited earning potential.
Compensation:
Estimated earnings of $65,000 to $100,000 annually.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (with occasional evenings and weekends for customer appointments).
Combination of office and fieldwork.
