Essential Duties
- Manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot any order process issues to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Develop new business opportunities and identify prospective customers to expand the customer base.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and competitors' products to provide informed sales solutions.
- Drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery and build strong relationships.
Supervision and Relationships
No direct reports, but strong relationships with internal teams, including District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and VP of Local Sales.
Work Environment
Regularly visit customers in variable weather and temperature conditions, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred, with a focus on foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a competitive spirit and results-driven mentality.
- Team player mindset to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using Customer Relationship Management tools preferred.
Education and Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record in good standing.
