Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at FedEx Custom Critical. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various communication channels and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage customer relationships, including ongoing communications, pricing, and consultative services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
