Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Supply Specialist to join our team at Randstad Life Sciences US. As a Clinical Supply Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely availability of investigational drug supplies and related services to clinical sites and depots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute activities in support of clinical supply project managers to ensure the timely availability of investigational drug supplies.
  • Stability and Packaging Requests: Translate stability and packaging requests into executed packaging designs.
  • Task Management: Identify, develop, communicate, and track task completion dates, activities, logistics, and milestones in support of clinical supply project managers.
  • Work Order Creation: Create appropriate protocol-specific manufacturing and packaging work orders in concert with clinical supply project managers.
  • Team Collaboration: Complete tasks identified for the team and work collaboratively within the department as well as cross-functionally.
  • Inventory Management: Set up activities (i.e., material masters, manufacturing requests, etc.) to support clinical packaging operations.
Requirements
  • Clinical Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of clinical development and global supply chain requirements.
  • Business Acumen: Competent in the application of standard business requirements (for example SOPs, Global Regulations).
  • Compliance: Understanding the importance of compliance in a regulated environment and ability to apply this knowledge to daily work.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to work effectively and professionally with others.
  • Project Management: Basic project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
