Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations and Call Center Specialist to join our team at Catamount Ski Resort LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservations and Sales: Take and input reservations into our computer system, process payments, and send confirmations to guests.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information on daily prices and promotions, and upsell products and services.
  • Call Center Operations: Answer general phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and retrieve voicemail as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Maintain a friendly and team-oriented atmosphere, ensure supervisors are aware of guest comments and concerns, and report to work on time.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and math skills, ability to learn sales/reservation software, and experience with computers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods, stand occasionally, and walk outside on uneven terrain.
Working Conditions

As a Reservations and Call Center Specialist, you will be stationed in the Customer Service Center or other designated areas. The working environment can be breezy, with close proximity to windows and entrances. A typical day includes constant talking, typing, reaching, handling, hearing, and looking at a computer screen while working with guests.
