Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at TPD. As a key member of our workforce solutions provider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work at customer sites to assist with tool installation and removal
* Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical hardware
* Perform corrective and preventative maintenance
* Diagnose and complete associated documentation
* Provide excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience with electro-mechanical hardware support
* Semiconductor industry experience
* Relevant post-secondary education a bonus
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range: $66,000 - $79,000 per year
* Higher compensation for direct semiconductor industry experience
* 3 weeks of vacation to start
