Position: Senior Financial Accountant
Location: On-site
Compensation: Approximately $90,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present Financial Statements
  • Manage Fixed Assets and Prepaid Expenses schedules
  • Conduct Investment Accounting and perform Account Reconciliations
  • Compile SEC Filings, including 10-K and 10-Q reports
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and reporting
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit teams
  • Evaluate and enhance Bank Internal controls
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in SEC Reporting is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • CPA certification is a plus
