By leveraging an in-depth understanding of core banking and related financial technology products, you will be instrumental in solving multi-faceted challenges and aligning technology solutions that fulfill the competitive requirements of community banks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide adaptive consultative solutioning services to customers, prospects, and team members
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and provide suggestions for standard products, services, and customized solutions
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Management teams to provide expertise on banking applications as needed for current customers
  • Create incremental revenue streams for UFS by providing high-value consulting services, product recommendations, and the identification of 3rd party partnership opportunities
  • Develop frameworks for the communication of the adaptive consulting process, technical discovery, and evaluation, and solution alternatives
  • Identify opportunities for new products, partners, technology, integrations, and features to grow/expand the existing UFS product set
  • Support Go-To-Market activities
Requirements
  • 15+ years of direct experience working with banking application and core processing technology
  • 10+ years' experience working with Community Banks to solve technology and operational challenges
  • Extensive understanding of banking operation areas including new customer onboarding, branch banking, digital banking, payment processing, and payment networks
  • Knowledge of core banking vendor and fintech landscape is desirable
  • Technical degree in related field is desired
