Business Development Leader

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and paid holidays.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Leader, you'll oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to store employees, alongside the General Manager. Your focus will be on maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
You'll also be responsible for area pricing surveys, which require a valid Driver's License from the state of residence and auto insurance. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
