About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Promotions Manager to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our events and attractions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create visual content for print, digital, and social media platforms
  • Produce high-quality videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Assist with event production and logistics
  • Develop and implement the annual promotional calendar
  • Collaborate with internal departments to plan and execute theme nights and promotional events
  • Schedule and book entertainment acts and manage budgets
  • Manage and lead on-field and in-between innings promotional activities
  • Hire and oversee promotional seasonal staff and other marketing department members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in photography, videography, editing, and/or graphic design; sports or entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
  • Still photography experience a plus
  • Experience running social media accounts and managing paid social media campaigns
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
