Job Title: Director of Outreach and Growth

Oak Street Health is a rapidly growing company of primary care centers for adults on Medicare in medically-underserved communities. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Outreach and Growth to join our team.

About the Role:

The Director of Outreach and Growth will be responsible for developing and managing a team of Outreach Executives, managing two clinic locations, and driving patient growth at those clinics. This role requires a strong analytical approach, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of Outreach Executives, providing coaching and guidance on sales strategy, pipeline management, and opportunity management.
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture a team of sales professionals, providing skill training and mentoring on business account engagement and prospect engagement.
  • Interface and develop professional relationships with existing local businesses and prospects, providing an unmatched experience for patients and prospects.
  • Develop and manage day-to-day sales team operations, driving accountability within the team and ensuring compliance with Oak Street Health standards.
  • Be an ambassador in the local community, building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role or other comparable management position.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to create and analyze Excel spreadsheets and experience managing through a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
  • Analytical approach toward sales data and performance, with a strong focus on data and analytics to drive targeted activities and return on growth efforts.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to motivate a team and manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
