This rapidly expanding private manufacturer specializes in designing, engineering, and constructing essential technologies for both commercial and governmental applications.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Assistant will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Production Manager, and various departments including Engineering and Operations. The primary duties will involve:

  • Tracking and managing all phases of assigned projects.
  • Ordering components and monitoring the status of orders.
  • Preparing and tracking project submittals.

The main objective of this role is to support the Project Manager in maintaining comprehensive project documentation and overseeing tasks across multiple projects and managers. The Project Assistant will ensure that all project details are meticulously managed and that coordination occurs with relevant departments.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant educational training.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful with strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to adapt to changes in schedule and project scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in a fabrication setting is preferred.

Position Details
