Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Representative II to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end-users, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of service tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline end-user support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve intermediate to complex hardware, software, and network issues
  • Log and update service tickets in our IT Service Management System
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge base purposes

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies and emerging trends
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
