Service Desk Representative II

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Representative II to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end-users, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of service tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline end-user support via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve intermediate to complex hardware, software, and network issues
- Log and update service tickets in our IT Service Management System
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge base purposes
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and emerging trends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
