Sales Development Manager for the Western Market

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Western Market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the oil and gas, electric and water utilities, industrial communications, and RF communications industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development, with a strong understanding of the oil and gas, electric and water utilities, industrial communications, and RF communications industries.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
