Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Court Maintenance Worker to join our team at ClubCorp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation of the Racquet Club maintenance department, assisting the facilities maintenance director with maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and club policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain the Racquet Club's facilities and equipment
* Assist the facilities maintenance director with maintenance and repairs
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, federal laws, and club policies
* Conduct daily inspections of the Racquet Club areas

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience in maintenance or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
