Municipal Court Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Municipal Court Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Municipal Court, ensuring the smooth operation of court proceedings and related activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support to the Municipal Court, including preparing and maintaining court records, documents, and reports.
  • Assist with the coordination of court proceedings, including scheduling, notifications, and communication with parties involved.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, including summonses, warrants, and other legal documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the court, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus four (4) years of related experience, or an Associate's degree plus two (2) years of related experience.
  • Equivalent experience or education may be considered.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
