Strategic Sales Executive for Growth-Oriented Company

Kraus Restoration Inc. is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated professional who excels in building relationships and driving growth.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive base salary of $45,000 per year, plus commission, resulting in estimated annual earnings ranging from $85,000 to $250,000.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic daily roadmap/marketing plan to target new clients and maintain existing relationships. Key objectives include:
- Create and implement a sustainable daily roadmap/marketing plan that targets new clients and maintains relationships with existing clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned client/prospect quota by executing the roadmap, obtaining referral appointments, and maintaining a balance between managing assigned contacts and new ones.
- Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and counter days to build business relationships.
- Identify top prospects to develop into clients through targeted marketing efforts.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Enthusiasm and passion for sales and growth-oriented environments.
- Confidence to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Able to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients and prospects.

- Competitive pay - base salary plus commission.
- A full-time position with regular working hours (Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm).

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Minimum one year of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Ability to pass a background check as required by applicable law.
- Mobility to perform job duties, including climbing, bending, and reaching.
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Some college education in business or marketing.
- Able to build lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Strong people skills and ability to connect with others.
- Familiarity with building up to discovery questions and closing sales.
