Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Director, Marketing to join our team at Provepharm Life Solutions in the US.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Drive revenue growth for the US Surgical Dye franchise by conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize the value of the Surgical Dye market.
  2. Lead the Marketing department and oversee cross-functional development of individual brand strategies, their execution through relevant, measurable key performance indicators identification.
  3. Deliver portfolio forecasts based on brand strategies, marketing programs, and corporate operational objectives.
  4. Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders to drive effective translation of business strategy into supporting marketing tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5 years of strategic marketing experience at both local (US) and global levels.
  • Product launch experience and buy & bill experience are required.
  • Institutional commercial experience and 3 years of sales leadership experience are preferred.
  • Strategic contracting experience, including IDN and GPO, is also preferred.
Competencies
  • Experience leading teams, coaching individuals, and creating excellent team culture.
  • Working knowledge of market forecasts and relationship of business drivers to revenue.
  • Ability to operate with high integrity in all matters, motivate teams and individuals, and understand regulatory requirements related to marketing materials and programs.
  • Brand forecasting, financial planning, and management experience.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
