Job Summary:
As the Assistant General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a corporate dining account. Your leadership will guide a team of associates in delivering outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships and ensuring that the food provided to customers meets the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation of the corporate cafeteria, adhering to the approved budget while maximizing value for the client.
  • Ensure that the food served to clients, customers, and employees is of exceptional quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with employees, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in fine dining restaurant management is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine, including pairings.
  • Experience in operations management with purchasing knowledge is essential.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
