Position Overview:

  • Welcomes, registers, and assigns accommodations to guests. Coordinates Lodge staff such as Housekeepers and Maintenance personnel in response to guest requests.
  • Handles reservations, including making, modifying, and canceling bookings. Acts as the Lodge's telephone operator.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding hotel services and other offerings in Mammoth, California. Calculates bills, processes payments, and checks guests out of the hotel.
Note: This listing is intended to fill positions at two of our hotel properties. If you have a preferred location, please indicate it in your application.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in a business office setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency required. A minimum of one year experience in customer service or guest relations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in individual and small group settings.
  • Capability to follow instructions provided in both written and verbal formats.
  • Skill in addressing issues involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.

Hourly compensation: $21.00
