Position Overview:

  • Oversees the Front Office Representatives at Juniper Springs Resort during assigned shifts.
  • Collaborates with the Management Team to develop and implement training initiatives.
  • Acts as a representative of management in addressing guest inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Assumes managerial responsibilities during the absence of other Management Team members.
Note: Schedules may vary, including both day and evening shifts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with a minimum of two years of experience in hotel front desk operations, including night audit duties.
  • Experience in a major full-service resort hotel.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Six to twelve months of training and supervisory experience.

Hourly pay rate: $22.50 to $25.50

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.
